Coginio - DVD Authoring
Coginio is a new company which creates DVDs showing how to cook some of Wales’ traditional recipes. The company’s bilingual DVDs show “step-by-step” instructions on how to create delicious dishes such as Welsh Cakes, Cawl, Welsh Rarebit, Laverbread, Oatcakes and Bara Brith using natural Welsh ingredients.

MTS Multimedia were delighted when Coginio approached us to author the bilingual DVD and arrange the manufacture of the packaged DVDs ready for distribution to a range of gift shops and heritage sites throughout Wales.
